St. John Chrysostom - a Saint for all Christians

On 2nd February the Fellowship met at St. John Chrysostom's Anglican Church, Anson Road, Manchester for a Day Conference on "St. John Chrysostom - a Saint for all Christians."  The keynote speaker was Metropolitan Kallistos Ware who entranced and inspired us all with his eloquent talk on the saint's contribution to Christian living and believing.  He was preceded by Fr. Ian Gomersall from the parish who delivered a very informative and interesting talk about the place of St. John Chrysostom within the Anglican tradition.

The day started with an Orthodox Divine Liturgy and concluded with Anglican Evensong.  The attendance was excellent and we shared a very enjoyable lunch together with our guests.
